Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate) – Dublin at a Multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.

 

We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor (Intermediate) for numerous projects across Ireland. The role would particularly suit a Quantity Surveyor who has worked on Civil Engineering projects.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
  • Process variation orders / claims as required.
  • Procure the services of contractors and/or subcontractors.
  • Measure and value the work done on each site.
  • Complete progress reports.
  • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in Ireland.
  • Knowledge of Civil Engineering construction techniques.
  • Experience with Public Works Contracts.
  • Have knowledge and experience of current forms of contracts, and TII MoM Standards.
