A well-established multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm in Belfast (Northern Ireland) is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer (Hybrid role)

We are looking for candidates with Irish/UK experience and who does not need any sponsorship. 

Job description

You will be responsible for supporting the team, managing project deliverables and quality, across a range of sectors.

Accountabilities:

• Support all aspects of small to large complex projects.
• Report to Project Associate /Director.
• Manage all requirements of projects, in accordance with client requirements and current regulations.
• Manage and coordinate project resources (weekly).
• Manage client expectations and attend client meetings.

Essential Skills & Knowledge

• A recognised degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 + years structural design experience in the Irish/UK Construction sector.
• Approaching chartership status.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Experience of undertaking steel , masonry and timber and concrete design to Eurocodes, Irish Building Regulations, Codes of Practice and Technical Standards.
• Proficiency in Structural Engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Tekla.
• Good planning, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary negotiable depending on years of experience.
