The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring that both financial and administrative processes are completed accurately and timeously.

  • Manage the accounting function through to Trial Balance.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts.
  • Process supplier payments and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Support year-end audit requirements and statutory compliance.

Administration & Operations

  • Liaise with suppliers, debtors, tenants, service providers, and contractors.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and operational requirements.
  • Manage follow-ups on outstanding matters and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain contracts, records, and administrative documentation.
  • Assist with CIPC submissions and corporate governance requirements.
  • Support the day-to-day administration and smooth operation of multiple business entities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant Accounting Qualification (Degree, Diploma, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a full-function accounting role.
  • Proven experience processing accounts through to Trial Balance.
  • Experience preparing management accounts.
  • Strong understanding of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
  • Experience working with multiple entities would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities.

Advantageous Experience

  • Exposure to CIPC compliance and company secretarial functions.
  • Experience in property, facilities, tenant, or operational administration.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, maintenance providers, and service contractors.

Key Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

If you are an experienced accounting professional who enjoys combining finance, administration, and operations, we’d love to hear from you.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
