- Drafting, and reviewing legal agreements and correspondence, including co-ordinating with external Legal Advisors
- Monitoring and Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including providing Management and the Board with ongoing updates on changes in Legislation affecting the organisation.

- Design roads and drainage systems in accordance with client brief and standards. • Provide technical guidance to Construction Teams. • Attend meetings with local authorities and clients.
- Conduct site inspections. • Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in roads and drainage design. • Knowledge of local authority regulations and procedures. • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. • Proficiency in design software (Site 3D, Causeway Flow, MicroDrainage, Civil 3D or equivalent).
- Previous experience in Geometric Design.
- Knowledge of DMRB design standards will be advantageous.
- Working towards Chartership / Professional Engineer.

- Supervision and associated administration of all Civil/Structural related construction works on site.

- Has a good knowledge and awareness of H&S legislation and regulations.

- Ability to define potential problem issues, collect data, establish and report on facts, draw valid conclusions and make recommendations.
- Experience in carrying out valuations for the purpose of payment for contractors onsite.
- Experience reviewing and valuing claims and contractual variations.

- Demonstrated 'can do' attitude.
- IT skills and familiarity with relevant computer applications.
