The purpose of this role is to provide efficient, confidential, personal and administrative support to the senior management of the company.

The ideal candidate should be able to manage and coordinate all aspects of the office in a highly professional manner. We are in search of a dynamic individual who can come in and hit the ground running.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Proactively deal with operational and administration processes as and when required to do so.
  • To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with correspondence, drafting letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support Senior Management.
  • Ensuring that notes are kept on matters that need attention are tracked and  managed to completion
  • To use intuition to identify needs and possible issues around the office that management needs to deal with
  • Manage Senior Management’s calendars and coordinate schedules
  • Undertake all duties as required to support Senior Management with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality.
  • Any other duties relevant to the needs of the organisation and as directed.

 

Desired experience and Qualifications:

 

  • Must have been at least 2 years’ work experience. Experience in a similar role will be beneficial
  • Highly organised and analytical with great attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality is a must.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks and deadlines.
  • Well-presented with the ability to communicate professionally .
  • Aim to serve with a personal touch.
  • Strong personality and persistence to achieve results internally and externally.
  • Analytical and forward thinking
  • Ethical business practices linked with a strong work ethic
  • A strong ability to drive tasks to completion
  • Highly effective in communicating and providing updates / feedback on tasks
  • Mature personality with ability to take responsibility of tasks, and take accountability for results.
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive
