Employment Equity

  • Monitor communications with clients regarding submissions.
  • Manage any process variances from the administration process with the SDF assistant.
  • Create Employment Equity profiles for clients.
  • Identify whether the client is a designated employer and compliant.
  • Provide EE analysis and EE Plan/EE File information.
  • Communicate with the SDF assistant to action the Quoting process (Where the client is not a retainer client)
  • Ensure that EE files and EEA12/13 are up to date and compliant where applicable.
  • Complete relevant information relating to the EEA13 and meeting minutes of the client.
  • Complete EEA 4 variable remuneration report and consult with the client on any variances that may be identified.
  • Upload all the reports and content to the DoEL Employment Equity submissions portal.
  • Update Employer information and resolve errors on the system.
  • Monitoring client completion on SDF tracker and manage any variances.
  • Administrate all retainer client’s EE Files.
  • Identify any once-off clients that need assistance with EE files.
  • Conduct analysis of workforce and provide EEA12 reports to clients on request.
  • Consult on policies and practices required to achieve compliance with the EE Act.
  • Monitor and consult on notices and posters as required by the EE Act.
  • Update EE Employee profiles based on feedback during the EE committee meetings.
  • Drafting minutes of the EE committee meetings and update the client EE file.
  • Ensure attendance registers and agendas are drafted accordingly.
  • Update the client on any changes to legislation and adapt the EE file accordingly.
  • Consult on any queries received from the client.
  • Provide evidence of reporting to the BBBEE advisor or analyst where requested.

 

 WSP ATR

  • Liaise with clients on general correspondence
  • Administration of reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Management of databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Drafting of client quotes and Service Level Agreements
  • Drafting and distribution of meeting minutes
  • Liaising and corresponding with SETA’s regarding client queries, remediation, remittance and any other tasks that may be required from time to time
  • Follow up with clients to collect any information needed to achieve the tasks as set out in the Service Level Agreement.
  • Compiling WSP/ATR employee templates for submissions
  • Compiling Employment Equity employee templates
  • tracking of interventions implemented by the skills implementation department for the purposes of WSP/ATR and Discretionary grant submissions
  • Provision of records as required by the BBBEE advisors
  • Effective co-ordination of submissions within the relevant deadlines

Salary: R15 000 – R25 000
